                                   NATIONAL EAT A RED APPLE DAY

National Eat a Red Apple Day is observed annually on December 1.
As the old adage goes, “an apple a day keeps the doctor away”, and today is a perfect time to put that theory to taste.
An apple is both delicious and nutritious.  With over 7,500 varieties of apples and over 7.5% of the worlds production coming from the USA, apples are widely available.

NATIONAL PIE DAY

Each year on December 1, dessert lovers across the United States celebrate National Pie Day.
This is the 2nd time in a year this national treasure has a day.  The first and more popular designation falls on January 13.

ROSA PARKS DAY

Rosa Parks Day is an American holiday celebrated on February 4 or December 1 in honor of the civil rights leader Rosa Parks.
Rosa Parks Day was created by the California State Legislature and first celebrated February 4, 2000.

CYBER MONDAY

Cyber Monday is observed annually on the Monday after Thanksgiving.
Cyber Monday was developed as a way for internet based companies to have a way to compete with Black Friday, which is typically held by brick and mortar retail stores the Friday after Thanksgiving.
