VFW Post 8680 this weekend will host a dance tonight and steak dinner on Saturday.
These and other events this month are open to the public, and the proceeds from all events will benefit the post’s and the Ladies Auxiliary’s programs for veterans and their families:
• Tonight: Dance featuring the Bobby Z Band (rock, oldies, blues, Latin) from 7 to 11 p.m., $8. Dinner provided by Felipe’s Catering from 6 to 8 p.m., $10.
• Saturday and March 28: Complete steak dinner for a $10 donation from 6 to 8 p.m., free karaoke starts at 7:30 p.m.
• March 27: Dance featuring The Copper Canyon Band (country, oldies, 60s) from 7 to 11 p.m., $8. Complete turkey dinner sponsored by the Auxiliary from 6 to 8 p.m., $6.
Dinners and karaoke are child-friendly.
