LOCATION: 990 W. Ninth Street, Pomona Ca.
CRIME: 245 PC- Assault w/ a Deadly Weapon
VICTIM: David Aguilar, 18 yrs., Pomona resident
SUSPECT: M/B/A 20's
SUSPECT VEHICLE: Grey 4 door sedan
UNIT: Patrol Division
NARRATIVE:
Officers were called to the location in regards to a victim of a shooting. Upon arrival, they located the victim in the courtyard of the complex. The victim sustained a gunshot wound to the torso but was conscious and talking when located. The victim was transported to a local hospital and is listed in stable condition.
At this time, it is unknown what led to the shooting, however immediately after the shots were fired, the suspect got into the listed vehicle (which was occupied by 3-4 other M/B/A's) and fled the scene west on Ninth Street. Patrol officers are currently investigating the incident but there is no further information at this time.
