FAMILY DISCOVERY DAY: DÍA DE LOS MUERTOS
Celebrate Día de los Muertos through art workshops, live performances, a photo booth, and face painting for the whole family! The Ontario Museum of History & Art will be hosting Family Discovery Day on Saturday, November 7 from 12 PM - 4 PM.
Enjoy decorating your own sugar skull at our SugarSkulz booth and watch a live chalk mural demonstration by artist Gerry Bonilla. Bring your dance shoes and learn folklorico (traditional dance from Mexico), enjoy a dance performance by a folklorico troupe, and listen to musician and composer Martin Espino’s pre-Columbian sounds.
