An Amber Alert has been issued after a van was stolen with from a Montebello parking lot with a 1-year-old child inside.
Officials said the van is a dark red Honda Odyssey with California license plates "6TRZ025."
The missing child has been identified as Caleb Castro. He is described as a Hispanic boy last seen wearing a red Mickey Mouse shirt and black and grey camouflage sweat pants.
The child is approximately 2 feet tall and weighs 22 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
