2/26, Concert – Dio Saucedo & Friends at Romano’s Concert Lounge at 8p.m. Tickets are $20.
2/26, Craft – Crochet and Knitting Club at the Woodcrest Public Library at 3p.m. Free participation, bring preferred needles or hooks.
2/28-3/17, Exhibit – Women of the New Contemporary exhibit open at La Sierra University Brandstater Gallery with a reception Sunday from 5-8p.m. Free admission.
2/27-28, Festival – The Riverside Dickens Festival at several locations in Downtown Riverside, some events free, some require admission. See website for details.
2/27, Concert – The Curse, a tribute band to The Cure, performs at Romano’s Concert Lounge at 9p.m., Tickets are $12 in advance, $15 at the door for the 21 and over event.
2/27, Lecture – Paul J. Landa Memorial Lecture at La Sierra University’s Troesh Conference Center at 4p.m. Free admission.
2/27, Concert – La Sierra University student Jonathon Mamora on piano at Hole Memorial Auditorium at 7p.m. Free admission.

2/27, Run – Running Wild for Hidden Valley 5K, 10K and one-mile fun run at Hidden Valley Nature Center’s Santa Ana Bike Trail. Races begin at 8a.m., registration is $20-30 on race day.
2/27, Fitness – Free Family Zumba class at the Cesar Chavez Community Center at 10:15 a.m.
2/27, Wine and Art – Painting & Vino at My Learning Studio at 6:45p.m. Cost is $27 for first guest, $20 additional.
2/28, Oscars – A Red Carpet Screening at The Fox Riverside Theater from 4-9p.m. Tickets are $25-125.


REDLANDS WEEKEND EVENTS
2/27-28, Festival – Charlotte S. Huck Children’s Literature Festival at the University of Redlands. Children’s Literature authors and illustrators in attendance, $200 for conference attendees, bookstore open to the public.
2/28, Grand Opening – Gentleman’s Barbershop GrandOpening from 12-6p.m. Tacos and live music.
 
SAN BERNARDINO WEEKEND EVENTS
2/27, Fair – Family Fun Resource Fair at Valley Star Community Services from 10a.m.-3p.m.
2/27, Free Dump Day – Free Dump Day at Perris Hill Park from 8-11a.m. Household residents can drop off unwanted items like old mattresses and tires. Restrictions apply.

YUCAIPA WEEKEND EVENTS
2/27, Trout Derby – Trout Derby at Yucaipa Regional Park from 7a.m.-1p.m. $20 per person plus $10 vehicle fee. Must have cash fishing license.

2/27, Chili Cook-Off – Fire and Ice Chili Cook-Off and Craft Beer Festival at Corona-Norco Family YMCA from 11a.m.-3p.m. Tickets are $7.50-15, family tickets are $40, beer garden tickets are $25.
2/27, Concert – Journey’s, a Journey cover band, at M15 Concert Bar and Grill. Doors open at 7p.m., tickets are $10 for the 21 and over event.
