Find yourself in a pickle-ing lecture Saturday, August 27th at the Ontario Museum of History & Art, 2 PM - 3 PM.

Learn about the history of pickling vegetables and the scientific process of fermentation in this lecture and small tasting. Participants may take home recipes and one fermentation kit will be given away to a lucky guest. Free Admission. Reservations required.
