I can understand we need a parking for downtown. But our city is falling apart. What comes first, parking or keeping our city and landmarks from falling apart. As you can see some tile as fallen off the overpass, and the rust is getting real bad. Pretty soon (I hope not) their going to say, it's unsafe to use, that would be a drag.
