City Window

The City Window is the one-stop page for accessing City of Pomona Social Media links, Customer Service Module software and Press Releases.  Staff actively posts City information on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.  The Pomona Police Department utilizes Nixle to distribute Department information, including press releases and to promote events.  Residents and other stakeholders are encouraged to share City information on Nextdoor, community calendars, blogs or social media platforms to enhance the City’s ability to disseminate information and promote City meetings and events.

Comments are disabled on Pomona social media platforms.  City staff does not actively monitor social media platforms, blogs or other web based comment sections.  If you wish to submit requests for service, comments, complaints or otherwise communicate with City staff, we encourage you to use our online request center linked: here, download the PomonaGo mobile application in the App Store or Google Play or call the City main line at 909-620-2311 to be routed to the appropriate City department or staff member.
