The #CityofOntario is introducing the inaugural Emergency Preparedness Expo as part of National Preparedness Month. Join us at the Ovitt Family Community Library on Thursday, September 21, 2017 from 10 AM - 4 PM.
Attendees will be able to “ride” the Seismic Simulator and see, feel, and experience a realistic simulated earthquake. The Ontario Mobile Command Vehicle will also be on hand for people to see how first responders handle complex incidents and disasters.
Many groups will be on hand including the American Red Cross, the Ontario Fire Department, Ontario Community Emergency Response Team, and others to get you better prepared for any kind of disaster.
