OCT 19 Poetry, Politics, and Pozole Today at 6 PM - 8 PM

Through the coming together of spoken word, political realities, and pozole—traditional Mexican stew served as a celebratory dish—we will celebrate the richness of community in Southern California. We will highlight the diversity, strength, and sense of place, both geographically and politically, that make us a community. This event will highlight intercultural communications, community voice, and the contemporary debate around identity and place. Free|Gratis.
