The RC Family Resource Center's annual Spooktacular Festival is right around the corner! Dress up and bring the family out for this spirited Halloween happening featuring an evening of food, music, costume contests, face painting, balloon artists, inflatables, giveaways, and more - all happening outdoors. With nearly 50 Trunk or Treat Stations creatively decorated and filled to the brim with candy and other goodies, this ghastly gathering is sure to get you and the little ones in the holiday spirit.
