Scary-A-Faire Celebration

5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Historic Downtown Upland, 2nd Avenue & 9th Street, Upland

Join us for a FREE haunting experience at the Annual Scary-A-Faire Celebration…The City of Upland’s safe alternative to Trick-Or-Treating.  As always, the trick-or-treaters will make their way safely through fun interactive games and activities, receiving tricks or treats at each stop along the way.   Dress up in your Halloween attire for our costume contest from 5:00 p.m. to 7:10 p.m. in the following categories:  Best Character Representation, Scariest, Most Creative, Cutest, and Judges Choice.   The costume contest will end promptly at 7:10 p.m. with the acknowledgement of winners at approximately 7:30 p.m.  Food vendors will be present for a nominal fee.  Hosted by the City of Upland Recreation and Community Services Division and OldSkool 66 Cruzers.  

WANTED:  Businesses, families, and youth or adult service clubs to sponsor, volunteer, or host a game booth at the Scary-A-Faire to help give children in our community a safe alternative to trick-or-treating.
