I called the police plenty of times on the guy, rumor has it the guy in the car, sells drugs out of his car. He leaves for a couple of days, then comes back for a couple of days.

So the Pomona Police Dept. does nothing, because as you can see, he's still there along with his drug buddy.

The law says you can not block the sidewalk, well it looks he's doing just that.
