Well like I said, he would be back, he's been back for a couple of days now. As you can see he is breaking the law, by blocking the sidewalk with his junk.
But yet, the Emperor of Second St. is allowed to stay, your tax dollars at work.
Same guy I caught tearing up a T.V. in my alley, when I asked him to clean up his mess, he got real pissed off about it.
