It's about a Night Club called the Rainbow Gardens, that use to be here in Pomona. It was located near the corner of Garey Ave and Monterey Ave. The new Monterey Apartments is where the club use to be located at.
I grew up just two blocks from it on Monterey St. (that's what it was called back then) and seen it burn to the ground, what a great lost. Big Bands use to play there.
