- Minor, a 16 Year Old Pomona Resident
- Arrellano, Angel, a 19 Year Old Pomona Resident

Narrative:
On Thursday, February 15th, 2018, around 4:00 PM, members of the Pomona Police Department's Major Crimes Task Force (MCTF) and the San Gabriel Valley East AB-109 Task Force were partnered up, and working a gang suppression detail within the City of Pomona. Officers contacted two known Pomona Gang Members as they left a residence in the 1400 block of W. Holt Av. Through gathered intelligence and armed with a search warrant, Officers responded to the minor’s residence and served a search warrant in the 1400 block of W. Holt Av. During a search of the residence Officers located a sawed off shotgun, a large caliber revolver and several live ammunition rounds.
As a result of the items recovered during the search warrant, two Suspects were placed under arrest on suspicion of;
- 23920 PC- Alteration of serial number to a firearm
- 30306 (a) PC- Gang member in possession of ammunition
- 25850(c)(3) PC- Gang member in possession of firearm
- 29610 PC- Minor in possession of a firearm
- 29650 PC- Minor in possession of ammunition
- 1203.2 PC- Probation violation
Arrellano was booked at the Pomona City Jail on a probation violation and the Minor was arrested on several gun charges. The minor was transported to a Juvenile detention center.
