Not the first time I caught this guy in the alley, getting ready to tear apart a T.V. then he leaves a mess.
Over here on W. Second St. and Oak Ave. there is a recycling place, where they take their junk too.
So like this guy, and many like him, just come into the alley, and make a big mess.
Then he seen me take his picture, then he asked me what I was doing, so I told him.
Well he picked up his mess, and then put it in the grocery cart, and took off.
Well maybe now, he'll stop coming down this alley.
Just wondering also, and maybe you seen it also.
You ever see a guy riding a bike, and along side him, he has another bike, he's wheeling down the street. I see this a lot over here on the west side.
I always wonder, if this homeless person or person just steal the bike. And yet nobody, stops to ask them, where did you get that bike.
Just find it strange that the police never stop them, or do they?
