VICTIM: Rudy Ramos, 78 years old, Pomona Resident
Gloria Ramos, 78 years old, Pomona Resident
SUSPECT: None
SUSPECT VEHICLE: N/A
NARRATIVE:
On 4/11/18 at approximately 6:30 PM, the Pomona Police Department received a call of a deceased person investigation in the 1700 Block of West Ninth St. Officers arrived on scene and found a husband and wife each suffering from a single gunshot wound. Officers also recovered a firearm next to the victims. LA County Fire Department arrived on scene and pronounced both victims deceased. Pomona Police Department’s Homicide was called to investigate. At this time, Homicide Detectives are actively working this case. Evidence suggests there are no outstanding suspects and there is no current threat to the public.
