In other words, tear down the building, build a strip mall. If you see any of strip malls around Pomona, after a few years, they don't look very well.
Keep the building and open it back up, and build a youth center, beside it.
We have enough strip malls here, but not enough places for our young people to go to.
Like hurricane's they love trailer parks, homeless love strip malls, don't need anymore, of either.
