Haynes Family of Programs Charity Bike Ride

THE HAYNES CHARITY RIDE IS FREE. Donations are thankfully accepted, Come out and join us for this awesome rid. We have 2 routes designed for all abilities to enjoy.

Parking will be limited, please park along the Baseline and the designated parking lots (The locations of the designated parking lots will be announced soon)

RIDE CHECK-IN/WRISTBAND PICKUP STARTS AT 7:00-7:45AM

RIDE #1: START- 8:00AM (GMR/GRR LOOP, APPROXIMATELY 40 MILES, 2.5-3.5 HOUR RIDE) Route will be posted soon

RIDE #2: START- 9:00AM (LA VERNE/GLENDORA/SAN DIMAS LOOP, APPROXIMATELY 20 MILES, 1.5-2.5 HOUR RIDE)
This event will go as planned RAIN or SHINE, all riders must wear a helmet and required to obey all safety rules of the road. We do not run signal lights or stop signs, we promote SAFE cycling.

BAND STARTS AT 11:30AM and ends at 2:00PM

FOOD STARTS 10:00AM -$10 TICKETS FOR PURCHASE AT EVENT

BEER STARTS FLOWING AT 10:30AM (Several local microbreweries will be pouring) BEER STOPS FLOWING AT 1:30 PM

BEER TICKETS MAY BE PURCHASED AT THE EVENT, COST PER TICKET $5.00 (Must be 21 years old to purchase beer, ID required) Pace yourself. Your safety is in everybody’s best interest; California law prohibits us to serve any obviously intoxicated guests.

JLVelo Custom Haynes Family of Programs/Monster Media Racing/La Rocque Better Roofs Bike Kits and Jerseys will be for sale at the event.

If you’re interested in being a vendor at our event, cost for a 10’x10’ area is $250.00 cost for a 10’x20’ area is $400.00. We have 30 vendor spots. (Maps of the vendor locations will be available soon, this will be on a first come basis) We’re encouraging all bike clubs, bike shops, business and Local Chamber of Commerce to participate in this awesome event. It’s about the kids. We are looking for Sponsors, CO TITLE Sponsor $5,000.00. Beer Garden Sponsor $2,500.00. Band Sponsor $2,500.00 Stage Sponsor $2,500.00. Porta Potty Sponsor $1,000.00.
