There goes the neighborhood

 

This is located on the northwest corner of Rebecca St. and W. Second St. All this stuff belongs to an old Cuban guy, who uses a wheel chair to get around. But he has no problem jumping into dumpsters.

Tax dollars at work, for somebody, surly not for the people of Pomona. And someone told me they closed the shelter for the summer, is that true?.

Because I notice more homeless out and about more, just wondering.

This same guy was down over here in my alley doing his thing with drug pushers, he would put the word out and the customers come running, like in this picture. The old guy is under the umbrella, and the rest are there to buy their white powder.
