Here is the former Manker Lookout Tower, built in the 1920's to observe the surrounding land for any forest fires. It was named after Upland's first fire chief, Fletcher Manker. In 1966, it was bought and converted into a house. Look at the recent picture (Below) and you can still see the tower and how the facade of the building didn't change. Obviously more has been added to this property such as a garage. It's located on Redhill in Rancho Cucamonga.
