Yeah he's still digging in the trash cans at Central Park and in downtown Pomona. He shows up at the park about 5:15am to 5:45 in the morning. So if security needs to go by there, then go check out Locust Plaza. But this guy needs to go, he's one rude little *&^%. He thinks he has the right to dig in the trash cans and make a mess.
