California Theater 12-13-1948
Here's a couple of pictures showing the California Theater in the background, to your right.
You can see the marque a little better in this picture, then sometime later it became the United Artiest Theater.
OK I enlarged the picture so you can see the marque a little better without blurring it to much.

Todays pictures
I went to the store and came out the alley on Buena Vista St. at that time there was no car. Took me about 20 min. to come back to this.
Someone came by and just left this old Honda (I think that what it is) right in the street. And they left behind two dolly's they used to tow it with.
Looks like everything inside belongs to the car, even the car keys are still I the ignition.
Well if anything more should come up, I'll get back to you.
Ren's "What if"
Well this is the old marque when the Fox was built in 1932, and this what it would look like today if it was still up, well kinda of.
What do you think Porky?.
I'm thinking who is Melvyn Douglas?.
Porky he's the guy who turned you and Dee O Gee on to that pizza.
No he's not Ren that was Mel.
Oh.
Your still a turkey Ren.

Consider this: just about everything we eat, wear and use comes from American agriculture. What better way to teach our children about agri-business than by giving them a hands-on experience to see, touch and taste agriculture in motion.

Old Signs
On my way for my morning ride, I always go by Williams Sign Co.. And every once they would get some old signs in.
A friend of mine told me the first sign came from a restaurant in Pasadena.
This one I have no ideal where it came from, if you have any ideal where it might of came from, just leave a comment below.
The rain has come
Much needed rain here, cleans the air and gives mother earth a good wash down. Well be careful out there, the roads are slick so take your time. They say California's can't drive in the rain, well let's prove them wrong.
