Saving Church History at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, now the New Church of Pomona on W. Third St. and Gordon St.

When ever we have a earthquake, I go out and see if any damage was done. Well it I'm glad I did. This took place a few years ago.

This came crashing down from the church tower. So I grabbed it and return it to the church. It could of ended up as scrap metal also, some homeless came by and picked it up.

So one day I seen the guy putting up the rod iron ornament.

Here is a closer look. Well I'll be there to always checking on our buildings and history. Every morning you can catch me making my rounds.
It's well worth it.
