CRIME: Homicide

VICTIM: Adult Male (Name withheld pending notification)

SUSPECTS: Unknown

NARRATIVE:
On August 6, 2021 at 1230AM, Patrol Officers responded to a call of a victim of a shooting in the area of Second St. and SR71. Upon arrival, Officers located the victim down suffering from gunshot wounds. L.A. Co. Fire Paramedic Personnel responded and determined that the victim has succumbed to his injuries.

Homicide Investigators from the Pomona Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit responded to the scene and began an extensive investigation. The motive for the crime is not yet known.
