Monrovia-Based Charity Seeking Donations to Help Tornado Victims

Monrovia-based charity World Vision is seeking donations to help in its response to the deadly tornadoes in Oklahoma that killed more than 90 people on Monday.

"As a powerful storm unleashes devastating tornadoes in Oklahoma and North Texas, World Vision relief teams are prepared to respond with pre-positioned supplies -- food kits, hygiene supplies, clean-up kits, blankets, and more -- to help families and children hardest hit by the storm," the charity's website states. "Your support is needed today as we respond to the devastation of recent tornadoes. Please give generously to help your fellow Americans."
