Suspected Serial Gas Station Robber Snagged

A man suspected of committing three robberies in Diamond Bar and Walnut this week was arrested Sunday, it was reported.
Eddie Anthony Sanders, 31, was booked into the county jail after reportedly committing a 5 a.m. robbery at an Arco station at Brea Canyon Road, near Lycoming Street, according to the San Gabriel Valley Tribune.
The suspect reportedly listed addresses in both Pomona and Anaheim.
According to the newspaper's Website, Sanders is also a suspect in a Saturday robbery at a Chevron station on Valley Boulevard in Walnut.
He is also suspected of robbing a Diamond Bar station near Brea Canyon Road Thursday.
Sheriff's deputies in Diamond Bar were called even before the Sunday robbery because the clerk spotted the suspect loitering in the parking lot; the clerk recognized him from a photo shown him by authorities, the newspaper reported.
Sanders was ordered to appear in court Tuesday, the website reported.
