Child Found Dead in Pomona Home

The investigation into the child's death in a Pomona home has just begun.

A year-old child was found dead today at a home in Pomona, and authorities were investigating how the infant died.
Paramedics were summoned to the 1200 block of West Eighth Street at 8:59 a.m. on a report of an undisclosed medical problem, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
The child died at the scene, according to the fire department.
