                    NATIONAL TWILIGHT ZONE DAY

An American science-fiction fantasy anthology television series, The Twilight Zone, was created, hosted and narrated by Rod Serling.  Today celebrates National Twilight Zone Day.  This holiday is celebrated annually on May 11th.
National Twilight Zone Day is mysterious, weird, surreal and perhaps a little scary, much like the television show which depicted paranormal, futuristic, kafkaesque or other disturbing or unusual events.  At some point in time, you may have had a day like this. Today was created and designed to be just that.
The Twilight Zone, television series,  premiered on October 1, 1959.  The episodes, which aired from 1959 – 1964, were wildly popular, stretched the imagination, captivated viewers and featured a surprise ending.
