Comedy night benefits Upland veterans project



The Upland Host Lions Club’s inaugural Comedy Night on Saturday will raise funds to benefit Veterans’ Monument Project.
The project will honor all military in the Upland Civic Center plaza between City Hall and library.
The program by Lions Club will be at the LifePoint Church, 8560 Vineyard Ave. Rancho Cucamonga. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and performances begin 7 p.m.
It will showcase headline comedian Cizzle C. – aka “The Prince of Clean Comedy” – along with fellow comics Lazarus, Kipp Hart, John Hill and Eileen Kallo.. Tickets priced at $12 and $15 are available at Maniac Mike’s Café at Cable Airport in Upland or the Upland Chamber of Commerce. Tickets also include a hot dog, chips and a beverage during the show.
