I can't tell you why we don't Porky, that we don't have one at Diamond Plaza. Maybe it's just the lack of imagination Porky. They have been short of that for a long time, or maybe they will see our ideal, and put a Christmas tree in. Time will tell Porky, but I doubt that they will, lack of ideals you know.
