It was looking pretty crusty when I first found it, in my alley.
Now check it out, a little elbow grease, and some soap and water. I was lucky the inner tubes still hold air. And I replaced the piece of wood, with a new piece, then painted it blue.
When I was younger, I would find things like this, and fix them up. Find a kid and give it to him.
This didn't cost me a dime to fix it up, and I did find a good home for it, right on, I can dig it!!!
